(Written on my Day 14....I'm a week ahead of the group!)
Whoa! Today my desire for sugar started to knock on the door! It was cold and I wanted a hot chocolate when we were having some family time. In the past, a sweet drink would be calming when the fam and I were enjoying some down time. Also, it was a certain time in my cycle that I usually crave something bad….salty, sweet, or greasy (just what women do!). BUT, at least I could recognize the why behind the need rather than just go mindless about what my body was wanting. Don't worry...I fought the crave and won!

It’s when we go mindless or on autopilot that we start the poor habits. Then before we know it, 6 months later and 10
pounds heavier, we’re frustrated at ourselves.
In this 21-day challenge, make sure to take time to go beyond the crave
and figure out the why behind it. Just like kids, always ask yourself "But why?"
TO DO:
Got crave? Analyze it. What's the root of it...emotion, physical needs, stress, a habit? Dive in and head it off. When you own it, you'll want to change it. You can't be part of your fix if you're not part of your problem.
