Day 13: "Shake the Sugar" 21-Day Challenge

After yesterday's book (grin!), I'm keeping this simple today.  Keep tracking, reducing, sharing your story, and above all, take this seriously.  If you've fallen off, oh well.  Consider this your Day One and welcome back!  Your health is important to me.  Let's solve your issue so you can live the big life that God created you to live!  Keep your focus!
