Focus on your mind
set. Your journey is all about your mind
set. I have a feeling that some people
may have fallen off or are thinking of throwing in the towel because maybe
they’re not getting “results” by now.
Did you know that it takes tons of time for your body to change, and as
you go through a process of reworking your diet and habits, it will take time
for your body to respond to that.
I’m on day 1,117 of my fitness journey and still getting changes because I keep practicing this lifestyle and keep making shifts in what I eat and what activities I do. Some people have even said that, like the picture, "This month’s diet is next month’s body."
So for Day Nine, I want you to focus on the progress and changes you’ve made and keep your mind on YOUR cheering squad! If you quit now because it's too hard, then staying where you are is any easier? How do you know what results tomorrow will bring if you throw in the towel today? The fun has just begun!
