Your Best Body 12-Week Challenge, Week Three!



Don't just decide, activate!

Five frogs sat on a log and one decided to jump off. How many frogs were on the log?

Deciding is not doing.  You have to activate your plan into motion.  You've decided to follow this challenge, but how are you activating it?  Are you focusing on your goals and actively working towards them?  Bottom line, do you believe your change can happen?

This week take a good, hard look at what your aiming towards.  Where your focus is, there your results will follow.  In yoga we concentrate on our "drishti", or eye gaze, as we go through our poses.  If our eye gaze is out of alignment, we'll likely fall out of position and our bodies don't get the greatest effect from the pose.  If your eyes are focused on the sides or the back and you're hung up on the mess up, the weight gain, or what size you used to be, you won't move on.  Make an action to focus forward, head up, let it go and actively press on starting right now!

Put into action three new "decisions" for your fitness.  What have you been talking or thinking about doing?  Activate it!  The new You is waiting on you to let go and move on!

    1. Great to hear it, Michele! It's so true. When we look in the wrong direction, we derail. I've learned from experience and do my best to keep eyes on the right spot! Go you!
