Then Don't Bring It In the House!

I decided if I didn't want to eat "it", then I wasn't going to bring it in the house anymore!  Why would I put myself through the torture of sitting that "downfall" on the pantry or fridge shelves in front of me? 

So I decided to just leave it on the shelves at the grocery store.  I knew where it was and if I really wanted it, I knew where to go get it....after dragging the kids and myself to the store and down the aisle!  By that point, I'd likely change my mind anyways!!

Something funny happened!  I lost weight, my pants got bigger, and I didn't want IT anymore!


And to that I say,
"Then don't bring it in the house!"  Because if it's not there, you can't eat it!  Worked for me!
