Go For What Scares You!

You’ve got to get uncomfortable.  Staying in your comfort zone keeps you where you are.  Wanting different results?  Then getting uncomfortable, challenging yourself is what moves you forward towards your goals.  Sadly so many people surround themselves with comfort and they stay right where they are.  They want the change, but they don’t want the discomfort.  It doesn’t work that way!

Figure out what you’re afraid of and then.go.after.it!  Sign up for a competition of a distance you’ve never run or an event you’ve never tried.  Be a part of a challenging class that has choreography or moves you’ve not mastered.  Make yourself go to a weight loss meeting of people you don’t know or topics that challenge you. 

What happens is you get on top of that mountain and you start to unleash the inner you.  Your confidence grows, your willpower increases, and you start checking off those goals left and right.  Then you make new ones.  Before you know it, welcome to the new you....inside and out!

Set your goals. Work your plan.  Be patient.  Get it.....and NEVER quit!
