12-Week Diet and Fitness Challenge!

Fit Gals! Sometimes I have SO much I want to say about health and fitness and Facebook just isn't always the place (or room) to do it!   So I fired up a blog!


I've been running a 12-Week Diet and Fitness Challenge that has gone out to over 30+ people weekly via email. LOVE that! As of today, I sent out week 10 this AM.  NEWS FLASH!  I'm going to start another free challenge using most of the same content on January 2, 2012!  It kept me accountable, people made progress, and it's the New Year....why not?!


I consider this blog a resource for those wanting more!  My fitness mentor told me, "If I coach you along, then you have to promise to give back to others."  So here it is, ladies!  This blog will also house links to all things health and fitness that I come across. You'll see a link to my Beachbody Shakeology page, an About Me page, and any other great info you might want to check out! Stop by often!
